Clancy joined the Winters Financial Network team in 2019 and is absolutely NOT licensed to handle ANY of your insurance needs. If you happen to stop by our office on one of the days where he is “working” you will find him providing a friendly greeting at the door, boosting office morale with licks and snuggles, or (probably most likely) snoring while snoozing in a sunny spot near a window. He specializes in being the center of attention and in his spare time enjoys being held or fed snacks………or both at the same time.
